I just something on rewards: for winning the first match in cup i'm earning 1.02M and friend of mine who is the same level as me is earning just 60K for the first match... Why so big difference?

Same level as you but different level cup.
You are less likely to win the cup due to stronger opponents so the prize money is higher to reflect this.
