what are the arrows in squad view

The red arrows means the player will act like the player ahead of him when attacking. DR with red arrow will play more like DMR when attacking, but still DR when defending. MC with blue arrow will play like DMC when defending, but still MC when attacking.

ok thanks guys pretty obvious really now youve told me what it is, thanks for the replies. Its taking me a while to get the hang of it but am enjoying it so far
