I am fairly sure has to do with what year a player was on their contract vs. the Q they have gained since they signed is what changes the salary.. of course on an OLD guy it would make no odds, cos he would not have gained much since his last contract.

Maybe but how much should be increased his quality to increase so much his salary from 18.5k to 75k.He need to be a fast trainer or his manager need to use tokens.

Yah i find it really weird.. anyhow i've got a 21y.o player with 32Q and he's getting +24 aswell.. priced on 2,56mil.

Thank you so much for trying to find out why this happened.Your player price is low and maybe cos of that he wants les salary but mine cost 2M and has les salary.When I offer him contract he wants more cos he cost more.I mean that your player cost les and has les salary after you offer him contract he wants les salary but my player cost more and have les salary after I offer him contract he want more cos he cost more.This is my explanation I dont know is it right but I dont have other explanation.If I has a free slot maybe he will got 18.5k as well as it shows.
