counter formation

How can i beat below formation???
ST
AML----------------AMR
MC--MC--MC
DL--DC--DC--DR

I used this during my 1st season.. the hardest games were about 4 4 2 or any other formation that had 4 or more midlefiers.
Guess a 4:4:2 or 4:5:1 with motivated ML MR would do it. You should concentrate on defeating his midlefiers and its done.

Always use Short passing for flat formations as 4:4:2 and 4:5:1.
Normal mentality
Mixed for 4:4:2 and down both flanks for 4:5:1
Zonal marking for both.
