If you are talking about offers from ingame, yes, offers are working (most of them).
Thoes arent working, you would only be risking to get some free viruses on ur PC ;P

The offers that you get on the official Top Eleven - Be a Football (Soccer) Manager site, facebook/iOS and Android platforms are working fine most of the times.
p.s: Don't waste your time looking for topeleven hack/cheat cause u wont find any.
