I would like to but it seems impossible unless u take over a new team
That is it, you can take over a level 1 or 2 Team and start anew from there. Not really much different than starting a brand new Team, except you keep Tokens, Boosters & kit.
You can take over level 1 team on day 1 or 2 of new season. That's pretty much like starting from scratch.
