    Can I see penalty shootout results of others' games?

    I was just looking thru today's Cup results... the ties that ended in a draw
    both on total goals and away goals are decided by penalties... yes?

    I can't seem to find SO results for those ties so have no idea who advanced...
    No big deal yet....

    But am I just not seeing something?
