Hi,
One player took a red card in today last match, in Champion league.
Now, when I want to take my team for next match (in cup), it displays a red card in status column (displaying "Champions : 1 match)
Is my player available for the Cup match even if the red card appears now ?

Yes - bans only apply to the competition they're earned in. So he will miss the next Champions League match, but can appear in Cup and League. FIFA operates the same rule (unless you're Luis Suarez).
If he got a red in CL match then ofcourse he's available for Cup (unless he got a red in previous Cup match as well).
Yes your player is available for CUP match since he got the RED in CL...So he is banned for 1 match in CL only...
Plus the red card which is being shown in front of his name now will be light RED in color I think...It indicates that the your Player is eligible to play for next match...When the color turns Dark Red then it will mean your player cannot play the next match...:)...
You can also take the mouse pointer to the card it will show the details...:)...

did your player get yellow then red ( i`m guessing with readin he got yellow first , < if so that yellow it might carry over ? so look out for that and let us know) so one match ban for that comp if straight red in any comp then it`s a 2 game banQuote:
