Yes, it is not a scam! It is through Facebook. And much like a hotel or a place you run a tab, they run a ghost transaction that shows only temporarily to verify it is an active card.
You'r giving credit card info to unknown sites just cause u may win tokens ? ehm, as long as its mail or stuff like that i would do it..
Think of the conseguences that could happen to ur bank account/balance..
I know few guys that found out 300-500euro missing from their cards cause of stuff like that.
Note:There is difference between credit and debit card.
What if there is a spywares on the site ? Remember that hackers are always 1 step forward.
NOT Unknown site: Have you heard of Facebook? Of course you have. :) The deal he references is through Facebook itself, for entering payment information, and costs nothing. Paypal works too. I have done it. Not a scam.
I would never ever recommend to do that!!
Even if you need the Tokens it's not worth it 'cause you never know if the informations you give away will be abused or not..

Giving ur info for 21tokens is not worth it.. no mater where it is or what they use.

beside that you pay them 1$ and wait 7 days to get them back.. 21tokens probabbly worth about 1.5-2$. i don't see how thats a good offer.
If you'r doing it then go with paypal, atleast its 101% safe.
