Negotiation list

I don't understand? even with the players sitting there I train them....so for example on my team I use 2 mc....then there are 2 sitting on the bench just sitting there I may play them once in awhile but otherwise may sit there for all season ......never has one aftet its turned into a 5 star did it ever got to the negotiation list so what im asking is how do I list one for negotiation list

That's what I am trying to tell...They will be put automatically when they are 1 skill point away from gaining a star...Plus they should not be in playing 11 players......

Only the reserves get put in the negotiation......Hope that it would have maked things clear......

It`s not just reserve player`s that go on Neg list as i`v had bids with 1st team player`s and you said as long as player`s are 1 skill point away from next star then they auto go on neg list

Yes, last season I took 8 players to 1 SP away from another star and left them there to see what would happen, most of them were first team players, and they all went on the negotiations list over the next few weeks.
Didn't seem to be at the same time though, I tended to get bids for the same player coming in over a few days, then it'd be another player a few days later.
