How is it possible

Just started playing last season and has built a reasonaly team with a value of 6.58 million but one of the other teams in my group who came 3rd last season with a team of around 6 million value all of a sudden has a team value of 20 million with a 4 star rating if it has to do with buying a lot of credit to buy such a team it is not fair on players who can be so outclassed because they can't/wont buy credit or can u some how rort the game

He must of bought lots of younger players which are with quite a lot more $ compared to older players and probably swapped some tokens for in-game $ to buy these players.
