Those *are* generated by a club... if they are 18 or 19, anyway, those are released Youths. They are great FA's, the ones you buy to keep. :D

You will find various ages FA's but most tend to be older guys released because they couldn't be sold by their original club. The middling ones are most likely released by impatient managers who got a great player and couldn't wait for him to sell.
