Can seats bring forward to the next level?

Yes. It is better to build seats first. Every seats, DECREASE time needed for BIG STADIUM CONSTRUCTION. 16 days is big, 5-4-4-3 are smaller ones. So you do not block construction with 16 day but with smaller parts.

Plus after each seats capacity is bigger, and that is more income from tickets.

Price is same 5-4-4-3 or 16 at once.

What do you mean? Adding seats is on the way to build a new stadium. When you build a new stadium, your seats upgrade (small, medium, large) are wiped, and you have to do it all again. Like I said, it's part of building each new stadium; with the three seats upgrades, you are upgrading each new stadium a quarter at a time.

You do not have to build seats piece by piece. Take big chunk 16 day build block or smaller 5-4-4 blocks. I prefer smaller ones since I get profit from tickets during that 16 day period of 1 block build.

Oh sorry, I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to Macquarie. Btw, it is slightly cheaper and faster to build all the seats, as it says in the building screen.

At the higher levels, it is different. Now I have the small seats upgrade and an Arena, on the way to a Pro Arena. Medium upgrade will be 5 days and 60.2M for me. Large is 10 days and 120M. If I build the stadium straight from here, it is 18 days and 180M.

if i build extra 1000 seats at a 3000 stadium, at next level the basic seats is 7000 would it become 8K seats or it wont change

it will not change. 1 seats are 1/4 of difference 5-4-4-3 1/4 in every construction.

It won't change. Like I said, your seats upgrades are part of building each new stadium.
