5 tokens is too much. Buyers already spend 8 tokens to make a bid. If you want 5 tokens for a player it means that buyer will need to spend 18 tokens for only 1 player and its too much! I dont think someone buys him unless he is excellent! Getting 1 or 2 tokens for a player through negotiatios is acceptable i think.

I'm not asking for 5T, I just thought I should set a selling price, and then I'll consider the offers close to the deadline. I think it's pretty obvious what my intentions are from my OP, and also my reply to July.

If i can get 5 star players with 1-3 tokens thru auctions, i wouldn't spend 8 tokens bidding thru nego.. Same way for tough servers. If i get my players for 30 tokens in auction, i wouldn't accept even 5 tokens in nego.

so if i had understand good..if i bid 7 tokens i lose 21 when its accepted
if i loose bidding i get my tokens back?(sorry i am new in level 4 and did not understand it right)

depends if i need more cash, then i sell thru auctions. if i need tokens, then i sell thru nego with tokens. what i meant to say above is that i'm only selling players that i really want to sell. in a tough server, i will not be enticed to sell any of the players that i need even if he spends 50 tokens and i get say half (i'm not sure if this is correct) of that. for 25 tokens, i don't have assurance i will get the same type of player or better.

you can build up the players you are selling such that only one point is required to go to scout level to your intended buyer. having multiple positions and skill is a bonus. aside from this, there is really nothing much you can do as a seller thru nego. if this type of players don't cause bidding wars (more than 20 tokens) in your server, i think it is safe to say you will rarely get any nego offer which will cost the buyer more than he will spend thru auction. it's a good idea to observe the auction for high end 3-4 star players in your server to get a feel on how active are the managers below you.

Fair enough. I'd like a few tokens through negotiations, though. The most I've had is two. Most are no tokens.

Finally got a decent bid on one of my players. I think I will ultimately accept this bid, but should I accept now or wait for possibly better offers?

Yes I would accept it, you can try to buy something better, maybe you will have luck
