I was about to post a similar thread... My fast training MC Auremir Dantas da Silva got 106% yesterday on hard in match practice, today in the same training he got 152%, lol. I was going to post about why training speed varies so much

I'm the same. Most of my players get small amounts of skill progression from training but a lot for matches. However, they seem to eat up WAY MORE Condition too. I don't see how they expect us to train if we're not getting anything out of it.
Well, f*ck the Devs. All factors were the same, both trainings few hours after a match, condition +90% in both cases and morale also same 'cause he's playing, scoring and we're winning. Guess Auremir just prefers morning training over evening...Quote:
