Why can't they help managers more with negotiations by taking less of a cut, i really want to give a manager 5 tokens to make it worth him release a player to me,but then i have to also give Nordeus 15 tokens for their cut and pay 25M over the players market value. At present i can only offer 6M over market value and 1 token = 11 tokens because Nordeus want to play too hard. I know that a massive % of negotiations fail even when a manager may wish to release a player because of this??? Common hey give managers a chance to better their squads, or for me negotiations has become a useless feature.
