Poor Team form

This season has been a disappointing one for me because my teams form has been really poor, i just can't seem to win a game and every attacking player i have their form has been fluctuating from 5 - 7 and i'm not scoring enough goals. Any suggestion as to what i can do to improve my teams form?

Very open ended question!
Obvious answers.....
Buy better players?
Train players harder including friendly matches?
Pick best team and best positions for each player?
Make sure moral and strength are kept high for all players?
Watch matches to get best possession figures?
Etc...etc
Just a few ideas for ya
