What do I do with unneeded young U12 players?

Yesterday, I leveled up to level 3 after being second place in my league, losing first place by only one point. Now that I'm level 3, today, my first batch of young players went to my squad. One of them was terrible for my level (15 skill points), and the other was fine (25 skill points, 18 years old). I let the bad one go, but I really want to keep the good player, but I only have 2 tokens. Because I have no way of getting thirteen more tokens, what do I do with him? Also, how many times should I get new young players in my squad.

Always sign 0 token youth players!! You can sell them for good money instead of just releasing for free!

As for the other player if you really really have no way to get tokens then release him or wait 7 days till he leaves by himself, I think there's no difference.

And when will the new players arrive is shown in your stadium section when you klick on U21 facility:

Sound advice. Many people on here have extoled the virtues of the free players if power-trained, but I've not seen it myself.

I've also found that the token-purchased youth players tends not to be worth the investment, but have seen posts stating the opposite.

i won`t sign token youth but will sign non token if early in season and train to 1 skill from next star and wait for neg bid and the most i got for one is 9 tokens but this only works when at higher levels

Both players costed 15 tokens. One of them wasn't any good, so I let him go. The other is a solid player, but I don't have enough tokens to buy him. What should I do?

I've never had that...never heard of it before, either. As far as I know, 1 player costs tokens and the other is free. Obviously, the better player costs tokens.
