I would not go so far as "created," but I would say with training new roles you were able to find loopholes in the system to have certain positions with certain SAs.

I think by putting "created" in quotation marks the OP actually meant that he did not create them :D

May be it was a trap set by nordeus to make some players think like that.. :p
