What to do with very expensive players with bad form almost every match ?? How can i incrise their form?? pls need advice
Screenshot please? Ill give you a few things off the top of my head:
Play them in a different role or spot (2 positions, put them in another one...or center roles have 3 slots, move them around)
They don't play friendlies
The tactics you use is not designed for there skill set or position
Nordeus does not like you and are laughing at how evil and clever they are
The goalkiper play for 3 seasons, the mc i bought this season he is my most expensive player left foot. Any advice ??

Screen shot of the player itself and his skill points distrubutions.
GKs can be like that. If your playing down both wings MC might be getting missed out in the play or needing to defend (hence BeckS ques) or.....something else. Try him on the left too if you haven't already but pic of skills ^ and info on orders would be helpful.
The goalkeeper could get bad ratings because your defense is doing a good job and by that i mean he doesn't get a chance to make saves or whatever a goalkeeper does. this doesn't mean he is bad, just wait for more challenging opponents and you'll find out if he is a keeper or not.
This is player skill point distribution.

I'm not seeing any problems with them, just swap Tanase and do some friendlies son
Ok i will test his position. tnx to all
Yeah their numbers arent weirdly assigned. I think the GK is good, and bored.
MC's you have to experiment with. It depends on so many things, where you play them; do you expect them to be all round, offense or defense? (I will say that even on my team with phys stats very high the MCs and DMCs seem to need it the most) and some like arrows some not, etc.
Ratings for these two roles in particular tend to be lower. If you watch the match to see what they do it sometimes helps to evaluate if they are bad, or just not getting to interact with the ball.
Though I agree with GK's ratings, there are GK's around who get 6-7 ratings or higher on avg. No need to settle for a GK with ratings like that. On the other hand, that wouldn't be my priority either. I mostly use mixed settings even with wingers to get my MC's more involved and get better ratings. I would not feel comfortable with an MC that gets the ratings shown here. I would train him a little while, add some phys and give it another shot, if that doesnt wprk, sell. High price doesnt gurantee the player will perform.
As others have suggested, moving the MC to another spot may be the best idea, and I see Tanase is left-footed, but you have him on the right side of the field. Switching him with Lazareanu may yield better results, especially if Lazareanu is right-footed.
Also, GK performances are weird. I had one that was slowly getting lower and lower ratings, and he was letting in more goals to actually support it. I bought a higher rated GK to replace him, and now use the original GK for friendlies and less important matches. His form is now much better and he appears to be playing better as well.
