High Value players with poor performance.

This AMC/AMR isnt performing at all.. poor ratings for this position as im playing 4-5-1 V style with motivated flanks and attacking mentalty.. my AML player has 26G in 18MP... this one has 3 in 13 games and im like wtf... since he's one of my most expensive transfers for this season..:| Spent so much $ and green packs to train him SA n getting to Scout and he aint doing ****.. Should I try to get him to Q 40 and see if anything changes?

mine is.. About 1/5 of the 18y.o nordgen players with higest Q and big value perform bad.

3 goals, 2 assistes and 1 MOM in 13 games and ratings from 7/8 in my opinion it is not bad.

Maybe is SA not the Best for him, maybe he plays better as AMC. Being double role dosent mean he Will play the same way on both roles.

I have a DC DMC that always plays better as DC.
I had a triple role player AML AMC ST shadow striker, that only played good as ST Making is SA useless.

MAY be it's because phy&ment>attack those players sometimes perform bad. But maybe. Try to get attack to at least 38, if nothing changes, sell and get better players for the money

Compared to the other flank player he isnt doing much, i've used him as AMC with 4 4 2 ND formation and all he did was an assist. im used to see most of my AM players scoring alot expecially with that SA.. He's suposed to shot from long distance and do it pretty often isnt he :S
i'll probabbly give him another chance once i raise attack skills to 40..if not ill just keep him on reserves and train to 39.8 avg then sell to my sub team on the new season haha.
About that Dc Dmc.. Ive noticed that DMC players are always getting bad ratings..donno if thats only me or everyone else :/

Perhaps he's more an AMC rather then a AMR in his primary role. From that aspect, I rather have MR/AMR's. I always add more sp's to phys/ment to gain more speed for my wingers, so it takes a while for me to get them where I want them to be. I agree with some who say his stats arent that bad, but for a 1ST formation he doesnt score enough yet for my liking.

He's not scoring enough and he's not giving enough assists to justify lack of goals. (No **** sherlock I hear you cry. ). If trying different positions doesn't help then try arrow on/off - if that doesn't help......it's difficult to say anything more without seeing his Skill Point allocation.

Imo, when you buy a player you should test his performance before investing.

PS. I too prefer wingers to have MR or ML as it gives more options for formations but I do like bought AMCs to have a winger second role for cover.

Lol that's poor performance?! I've signed players with huge values who regularly churned out 6, 5 or even 4 match ratings...

I signed a striker this season who is 19 with a high value, but has only 2 goals/3 assists in 9 matches (worse if you count friendlies). I trained him up to scout level but focused on his physical stats as I wanted him to be a bit of a beast compared with my other good striker who I trained to be more technical. Perhaps it is the being over physical?

dont spend your money on shadow striker dribbler etc its a waste of money only freekick and corner specialist are ok special abilties if they are either feet

I find shadow strikers ok hun but you have to pick the right ones !!!!!
