Since the new market has been implemented on all servers...There should be FA available on all the servers...:)...
Just be patience you will find them...)...
They aren't generated, only when someone sacks a player makes an FA. So no one is sacking players in your server right now....
I play the game from 4 season last 3 season every day have a lot of FA 10-15 min every day.. from the 1season
I have the same issue. Since Three weeks, there are not free player...I have no money and i can buy players..
At lower level there are a lot of Free Agents...But as you climb up the levels you will a lot less Free Agents because by this time every manager know how to play the game and who in their right minds will sack up their instead of selling them...:)...

I am only in the level 4... All my friends have a lot of Free agent and they are in a better level than me. I play every day and like i say since three weeks there are not free players in my game.
