How to make sure player retires at the latest possible?

My best MC have scored many many goals. He is 23. How do I make sure he will retire at 34, and not 30-33? Is it that I must put him in every match? Will a happy player who gets field time retire later?

I think you can't influence when he'll retire...

My bet is, like your first love, in 3-4 years you will have forgotten their name (unless you spend oodles of tokens developing them)

Players start to retire at age 32, not 30.

The age they retire is random.

Just a little note- if you have, for example a 33 year old player with 2/3 years on his contract, there is no value in renewing his contract to 'ensure he stays longer'. He will retire when he retires basically

Kidnapping his family seems like the best option.

When u have a player with age of 31 try to make his contract with 3 years then when he reach 32 renew it again on 3 years and he will play until he reach 34.
