Let's say: My players are tired and I create a friendly match with a friend who his players are tired as well. Will it be a fair play like all the players would be full of energy? Or I would have a disadvantage because my players are tired (and playing home) and the away's players will play like with full energy (because as you said playing away don't influence energy) ?

I think it would be even but don't expect beautiful football! Tired players of both teams will only be taking out their opponents resulting in injuries so don't do that! (Tired is like when the condition bar is yellow, right? Otherwise it's fine).
