Form of Players

In case there are many players in one position, does that affect their form badly?
I have 6 MCs but mostly using 2 MCs (18 yo and 5 Stars) in the games. My best 2 ones have bad forms (mostly 6 once one did 9).
I am going to bench him for a couple of games but are there any other solution?

Sell, try other formations, or bench for a while, and just hope.

No, either players work or they don't. Stars won't indicate how strong they will be on the pitch, it just shows their talent.

He did 3 goals and 3 assists in 12 matches, another MC in better form did 3 goals and 4 assists in 13 matches. Maybe form is not too important!
I bought an MC at the beginning of last season, he was bad in form but at the end of that season after resting him for a couple of days he started doing good and he is still doing good.
