New Transfer Market in US

I noticed able trying to sell a player over the weekend that the time he was spending in market was much less than I was seeing in the past. The last few times I've listed a player they've been for sale for less than an hour. At the same time, I all of a sudden don't seem to be able to sell players anymore.

Is anyone else seeing this? I had been lucky in that I wasn't having those problems previously when so many of you were, but now it looks like I'm on that certain server that's messing with managers.

It is just the new transfer market that they put in, probably just got to your server
