4-4-2 or 4-3-2-1 Christmas Tree?

Which one would you choose?
What are the positive and negative things about these formations?

I prefer this :

DL DC DC DR
-----MC------
AML AMC AMR
----ST ST----

positive : all out attack! my playmaker can be crazy goal getter

3 AM players and 2 STrikers, i cant take that risk :)
I prefer;

DL-DC-DC-DR
ML--MC--MR-
--AMC-AMC--
-----ST------

i like 4-4-2 especially when not watching the match. it's a balanced formation. and it's one of few formations where you won't get illegal formation if one of players is red carded.

I like 3-2-2-2-1.
