bad midfielders?

Hello, I have small one concerns(marigolds) concerning my midfielder. I am for the level 1, I am ranked second and I especially invested(surrounded) in young players in the middle of ground (I play in 451). The problem is that the notes(marks) of circles are catastrophic and of the blow I obtain average results(profits). What is the problem? Or what are the problems? Ais-je invested(surrounded) in bad players? Is it a problem of training? Thank you for helping me, I posted the picture of one of my young midfielders.
