Why don't you share with us your worst defeats, I know that all of us don't like to talk about it but let's try:
let's measure how bad the defeat was like this: (your team Average quality)/(your opponent team average quality).

for example, I will demonstrate on myself:
my team quality was 36.2 when I lost to a team with a quality 16.7!!
so what you should do is 36.2/16.7 = 2.167
the higher the result, the worst is your defeat!!

I bet no one can beat mine!
