Persoal trainer price and learning a Special ability or a new role.

I am Ayman & I am level 4 from Egypt & I wanted to bring your intention to the pricing of personal trainer skill points cause I think it is way over priced (I wanted to develop a player in my team from quality 40 to quality 44 & found that it costs 280 Tokens = :/)
so it is much easier to buy a scout of quality 44 with 50 Tokens(which I think is still a lot) which makes personal training thing useless & I doubt if anyone is using it. So I suggest you significantly reduce the cost of the personal trainer to make it a usable feature.
The other thing I wanted to bring your intention to is the huge amount of skill point required for a player to learn a special ability or a new role(40-50) while I have played the entire season League, Cup finals, Champions league final that's total 51 matches so when I get a 5 star player & I want him learn a special ability or a new role he should play all 51 matches which is not really possible based on injury and matches circumstances and basically gain a skill point every single match which is not guaranteed either so that by the time they do learn a special ability or a new role it will be at the end of the season if he made it what makes him a 4 star player for the new season(not very reliable). So I suggest you consider reducing that amount (10-20 skill points) or introduce something like a special boost for gaining extra skill points x2 or x3.
