How do I beat A Better Team?

Hi
I am second in the league on goal diff and playing the team tonight in what could be a title decider.
Can anyone give me advice on the best way to beat a stronger team?
attack?
Counter attack?
Zonal
He plays 3-1-4-2 how do I line up against this formation?
Etc?

3N-2W-2N-2W-1 butterfly (3DMCs, DML/R,2MCs, AML/R,ST), offside trap, normal or defensive, down both flanks, zonal, red arrows on all 4 wings

or
4-3N-2W-1, zonal, normal (or defensive with counterattack), mixed passing & attack, red arrows on all 4 wings

I don't have DML/DMR so will try:

4-1DMC-2MC- AML/AMR-ST with defensive counterattack and 4 red arrows on wide players.
