I am just finishing season 3
I bought an 18 y/o striker
Lvl 25 4star worth about 1.96m
Got one on one spec. Ability
But after 5 games......
Got marks of 6-6-6-7-5
Got ZERO goals, no assists, no MOM!!!
He's not a fast trainer
Do I sell and get rid or wait and see if he improves next season????
Sell...:)...
Sell, don't look at value, quality or ratings, see just what he do.
Do nothing? sell.
Don't be all season keeping a player like I did with a 7 stars ST scout called Cissé that played 26 matches and scored 3 goals.
When one is well proggrammed, is well proggrammed, when one don't, don't.
Too you don't have to see always for the "excellent player" only 1 of 10 ST's for example have ratings of 9-9-9-8-9 and help the team 90% of matches, so you have to put a period of prove of 5-7 days and if don't do a contibution, just sell.

i have a player paid 10 million for he has been poor but thought i might keep him to see if he played better next season
