1. how does the league drawing system works? 1st place in last year?quality of team?
2. do the unspend skill points count into the quality of the team in the league drawings?

1. first, your friends with same level, then random
2. in the league drawing the skill of your team does not count

so if there are no friends with same level, then just random with no quality check? :S

yes... In any case, I suggst you to add some friends, to have them support during the games is not so bad
