Is that normal at lvl16???

hi,

in my champions league group i have now at lvl16 2 players they are lvl18 an have 10-15% more quality as me?
is that normal at lvl16?
or what is this for ****????

Well, on lower levels it isn't because there's plenty of active players.
Less players are active on higher levels, so possibly they couldn't make group stage using players from only one lvl.
In the cup your opponents are choosen based on rating.
You aren't only one that has this problem on high levels.

to me it seem programmer`s have screwed up with league and champions league drawing and please don`t give this tripe you could be at top of server as I KNOW there are 6 and now 7 level`s above me,

This can happen at any level...So its common...Since the total number of team required to form a CL is 32 so when ever there are team not in the multiple of 32 it will happens...:D...
