you do this by watching video`s where you can earn the red, blue and green packs
I think by converting TOKENS into MONEY...
Its full form is basically BANK INVESTMENT...:D...
as has been said above, you go to the club shop and click on money. You can get money in exchange for tokens. depending on which level you are on you can get money for 15,25,45 or 85 tokens.
thought it was by upgrading this

Club Shop etc gives Merchandise income. As said above Investment is income from Bank n stuff
Tokens -> Cash
Videos -> Cash
No Asm, upgrading will increase income for each home game, but 'investment' is money from the bank in exchange for tokens.
Why can't we exchange money for tokens? God damn it :(
