Multi-role and SA nordgens become more common as you progress through the game. If you look at high lever teams you should notice more players like that.
I think he is asking if they come with SAs at 18 years old, which I have yet to see.

A few days after I'd asked this post, I'd meet up with this guy.
He's only 3 stars, when the top transfer were 4 Stars, at 9 million which was a lot even for a 4 star transfer lvl 7! But for 3 Stars it was outrageous, I just had a feeling about him. Needed a SA CK big time, so why not.
I've answered my own question, My goodness is he a fast trainer, put about 7 cones on already, and stopped, so he would not pop a star, hope to have 45-60 cones on him by the start of next season. 5/6 Stars at the start of the next season.
OR SHOULD I WAIT? and put more cones on?

Imo it doesn't really make a lot of difference whether you do it now or later. You might get (slightly) more for your buck after he drops a star again and trains a bit faster but that's balanced by having slightly more to gather so takes (slightly) a bit longer.
And it doesn't make any difference whether he pops a star now or you keep the sp unallocated - he'll slow a bit to the 'next star rate' when he has enough whether you put them on or not.
Yes the 3* guys are the fastest, which is why I choose them if I want to add a Role and/or SA. :D But yeah if you leave the points unassigned he will slow.
Either foot, nice. I'd be tempted to make him an AMC too, but you could just up his Q. I'd bet he's an awesome ST.
