Transferring mobile team to PC?

I started playing Top Eleven on the iPhone and I didn't connect my Facebook account. I realized you could play Top Eleven on the PC, too, and I was just wondering if there's any way I could transfer my data from the mobile app to my PC?? Probably not, but it would be great if there was a way. I'm in my 3rd season with a stacked team and I don't want to start all over.

log out on the phone, then when you log in again do it with facebook

try going to the add friends from facebook option on the phone. It should then ask you to link your team to your facebook account.
