I just played against this formation and won 4-1. I used 4-1-2-1-2 (nd) like Abu said with just red arrow on AMC.
Orders were attacking mentality - through the middle passing - own half pressing - normal tackling - mixed passing - zonal marking with counter attack ticked. Hope this helps
