i`m level 20 team that was placed in level 21 league last season so save skill point`s and this season i`m level 20 still but stayed in level 21 league and even though to me he`s 5 star and level 21 he`s 4 star, if i add skill on he`s a scout to me but 5 star for level 21 and he`s not the only player that i`v saved skill on
