Have the rules changed?

I'm in my 4th season playing. As far as I remember in seasons 1 through 3 if I won a Cup or Champions league game there were two payments. One for playing the game and a further one for the win. Since the start of season 4 that no longer happens. If I win a Cup or Champions league game I only get paid out for participating in the game. There is no win payout.
Top11 support is not helping so far. Their first response was "you only get a win payout if you win the tournament". Then the story changed to "Win reward is only paid if you win the match." This was precisely my point. That isn't happening. Since last week there has been no further response for them.
It is possible that I'm totally wrong on my recollection of the rules.
So the question to you all is what is your experience?
Should there be a win payout on each Cup or CL match and are you still getting that?

There has never been a win payout per match except for the Final in Cup and Champs League. If you win the Final, you get both amounts, the match and the win.
