Easy pick a new team to manage from your manager section, but you will lose everything, except token and packs, I think.

No, there's no restart. There's lot of things you'll keep and you'll have starting advantage: already built stadium and some objects, bigger token and booster reserve. I suggest you to wait until next season starts, because your new club would be (i'm 95% sure) kicked out of cup competition. You'll create bigger reserve until end of season and have a fresh start from first day.

Taking Over a Team at Level 1 is the exact same, but better! like he says above, since you start out with whatever Tokens, Boosters, Kit you already have, plus they might have already upgraded some facilities.

Main new clubs advantage is 1000 seats stadium. New players start with 200 seats stadium, so you don't have to do this expensive upgrade. Every coin is important on low levers, spend them wisely.
