Using a proxy might get you banned from the advertiser, I have heard stories about people getting banned from earning tokens after using a proxy.

Anyway at level 2, I had a pretty decent team.... I power trained using all the tokens I earned from completing offers. I must have had a team average of over 25... But anything between 15-20 at level 2 is good.
