This is kinda defensive it seems.... how do I attack it?

Do I go full rush attack with multiple strikers?
Do I go defensive as well and counter attack?
Center attack or wings?

I beat that formation using 3-4-3 with attacking and counter attacks despite being 8 quality inferior than my opponents, It seems like 4-1-4-1 doesn't like the quick attacking play played against it.
