Use green packs to increase their condition.
Don't train your players to hard.
rotate your squad.
surely rotate ur squad
give them red bull :p
Green bull in this occasion :p
Do not train them TOO OFTEN. Once per day until they recover health. After that, keep them between 90-100% of health before match, and calculate with 5% you receive every 3HRS.
Leave them alone until the next match. If your next match is today, cross your fingers for a bogus result.
