why refresh no longer works in auction

actually i never experienced the whole-new-list-every-time-i-refresh thing. it's always like this for me..

actually i never experienced the whole-new-list-every-time-i-refresh thing. it's always like this for me..

previously, refresh does not bring new list every time. i was under the impression that it was timer based, e.g. every 10-15 mins. but now, even after 2 hrs, there's no new list.
