i think i gonna stop play that manager game as everyone, its not fair game...
This morning, Academy FC (32.6*) hosted Camcilar FC (19.6*) in Champion's League group play. In the 14th minute, my AMC was injured. Not wanting to use my starters as I have a League match 3 hours later, I chose to play a man down for the remainder of the first half. AFC managed to score two goals before half-time! Then, 2 minutes into the 2nd half (before I made my substitution) they scored a third goal. In the end, AFC won the match 6-0 in front of a sellout crowd.
Goals (Assist): Waterman 22' (Bertoncello), Bertoncello 28', 75' (Martins), Dikobo 47' (Martins), Hesse 80' (Waterman), Eigenmann 83' (Hesse).
Now to swap the lineups and prepare for League play!
The Galacticos continued with their worst start ever to a new season with a 2-1 league defeat in a match they were expected to win. I'm not even going to bother writing a match highlights cause this was a pathetic performance, they conceded ANOTHER PENALTY on the 85 minute to send my team to a defeat, winless in 3 games and out of the cup.. The Galacticos manager raged at his GK for not saving a 7th penalty he has faced and is therefore sacked from the club, underperforming MC's are sold but Enasoaie and Kosmala are given another chance. However, DMC Goku was not so lucky..
The only thing I have done differently is not buying any players from this season, but the team that almost won me the treble does not have the hunger anymore... No teams that I have played against either have 5* players so I'm just shocked and dismayed at this. I hope it doesn't send me a message about how this season will go :(
The Galacticos manager reacted by buying new players for the season, but its too little too late for the cup
Goals: AML Bouwmans 46'
CL: Galactico FC manager was too pissed to even care about winning 3-0 against a weak 2* team
Goals: ST Lier 25' | MC Enasoaie 60' | DMC Surducan 68'
League: Buffs FC are left rudderless but Buffs Mad's assistant Otto Teem steps in a steers the side to a 4-1 win.
The Buffs played ND v the opposition 4-4-2.
Goals:
Bremner, MC (5), McCoist, ST (32), Law, ST (55), Gemmill, MC (87).
Gonzalez, ST (65)
In the next league match the Buffs once more meet friendly rivals Fenerbahce. Let's hope its another stoater.
Great start for us / +2-0 in CL!
4 games, 40 goals scored!

Academy FC played at RAC this afternoon in a league matchup. AFC scored first in the 25th minute, and scored again in the 35th minute. After a couple of yellow cards (1 for each team) the game settled down, with AFC scoring one more time in the 72nd minute and the matched ended 3-0. Decent start to league play.
Goals (Assist): Ferreri (Martins) 25', Martins 35', Niyokindi (Hesse) 73'
Two solid games today. I've got my powerful trio leading the team. Devrimol, Solichin and Cantareil are outstanding, it's great !
My recently bought player has yet to score, I'm a bit dissapointed...

Tomorrow two games. First one is a strange X formation, not sure how I'm gonna play it. Second game looks quite challenging. We'll see how it plays out.

In the past week I have noticed how farming tokens has eased up a bit, after it got really hard to farm for ages. In the past few days I've been able to farm 150+ Tokens a day. With that in mind I am focusing this season on farming when I am online - for as long as the eased up farming goes. I've a heavy work schedule starting from Thursday, so that will eat into my free time to farm, but hopefully if the ease keeps up I might still be able to farm 50 or so a day at night.
My aim is to try and reach 10,000 Tokens by the end of the season. Its a bold ask (Im about 750 off that at the moment) with my work commitments, but its something I'm going to try and aim for now.
Yeah yeah
Win lv 24

Well started, reached 2nd round of cup (doesn't happen too often lately) n started with 2 victories today, but im not too much celebrating, cause defeats come sure soon, probably tomorrow haha http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14...af478cf8a0.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14...771e520ed9.jpg
well another fought game in the league with a 2-1 win, oppo scored against the run of play in the 73rd minute but with two master stokes in subs they scores in the 78th and 80th minute and we managed to hang on :) Now to get ready for the jinx of the cup and 3 away games in a row
Cup Qual: Buffs FC travel to Turkey (a well-trodden route) to try to stay on track in the Cup.
Opponents emerged in 3N-5-1-1 and the Buffs went ND (attacking again?).
The home side took the lead on the stroke of HT from a corner but the Buffs had been holding their own up to then so it was not time to panic. However the hosts were frustrated and changed things after 65 mins to 3-4-1-2. But as Buffs defence had stood irm Buffs Mad continued with ND and his patience was rewarded when the equaliser came 6 mins later. Buffs Mad freshened the attack with Dalglish coming on for Law and AMC Johnstone making way for McFadden. The fast tiring Gemmill was also replace in midfield by Murdoch.
Although the Buffs then squandered 3 good chances it was a satisfactory result. 1-1 Draw.
Goals:
Bremner, MC (71)
Bello, ST (44)

Great victory for us in CUP, 7-0! 100% into the next round!
just realized with the back end of last season to this season i am 11 games unbeaten with 9 win and 2 drew`s and if go unbeaten in my next 4 games then my 1st defeat after that someone will get an achievement of beat someone that is unbeaten in 15 games :(
This feeling lasts for 20 seasons already. It is a bull****...and just not fair
as said in above post jinx cup, even though i dominated the away game i managed to scrap a 1-1 drew after going behind but at least i got that all important away goal and 6 games unbeaten so far this season and 12 games unbeaten if i go with back end of last season :)
edit; let`s hope it`s not 1-1 and goes to pens with a 14-13 finish, was bad enough watching my team Liverpool go through that last night against Middleboro
so today i couldn't attend my cup match and this happened Attachment 30099 lost with 2-1 and 2 injuries.this is the 3rd injury in 4 days for christ sake .and after the first injury i picked 2 yellow cards and one of the players is suspended for the second leg.enough nordeus .stop this injury madness
LEAGUE UPDATE:
Academy FC (32.9*, 2nd (tied on points and GD with 1st)) hosted hkn poijat (24.4*, 14th) this morning. AFC sent out a 4-5-1V formation and fielded subs and reserves (preserving starters for the Cup match 3 hours later). AFC scored in the 13th minute, and the rest of the half was quiet. Then, right after half time they increased the lead to 2-0, the 3-0, and when it was all said and done, the final score was 6-0.
Goal-Minute-(Assists): Martins - 13', 46' (Boniardi), Gonzalez - 62', Aminou - 77', Eigenmann - 82' (Martins), Waterman - 86'
I think the achievement is beat someone on a 15 game WINNING streak, so any draws in between that will not count :P
Galactico FC update
Having one fixture in a day so early season is a weird feeling for the Galacticos, but it was done before just not recently. The Galacticos tried to put yesterdays league setback behind them and got matched up against this dutch opponent who won the league and CL double the previous season and already has NINE 6* players in his starting XI (8 of them with SA) so it does not go well with the Galacticos at all with odds stacked against them, this is also the second time the Galacticos are greatly inferior to the opposition but the manager set them up hard to beat and with new signings keen to impress.
Opponent lined up with the ND so the Galacticos once again went out 4-1-3N-2 from last seasons experience. The Galacticos MORE than made up for yesterday's disappointment with a 2-1 victory over this OP team to bounce back into the table (However they still lie 10th) But the manager was over the moon with the performance. The Galactico manager promised Nordeus that if he had won this match he would go and buy some tokens, so now that he did. He went and bought 37 token pack.

Goals: MC Suge 20' | ST Meftouh 71'
Debutants: MC Alkan & MC Suge & GK Rotta | First league appearance for DMC Surducan
Tight games today. Manage to get through the first one fine. 2-0 not too bad.

This one was the hardest, he had a really good striker who had a couple of attempts that had my buttcheeks clenched to the max. One of my best players gets injured so I have to replace him with an AML for an AMR position. I was not relaxed. Switched it to a defensive/counter attack strategy and my possession totally switched and gave me the upper hand.
Came out on a 2-1 victory, I'll take that. The away match might be more troublesome
Attachment 30128Attachment 30128
Bought a new MR while the other one is injured. Hope he does better than my 5star striker that hasn't scored yet. HUGE dissapointment
Attachment 30129
Tomorrow's games should go fine. Playing classic V formation against a weak 4-3-3 and the other dude seems to be on a losing streak so hope it all goes well with minimum injuries.

Won the first two League games. The league looks easy many many abandoned or loser teams, (cabinet full of 3rd, 4th, 5th...etc place trophies) Some power token managers too, maybe 2 or 3 the rest are dead meat.
But again bad managers give me the hardest time because they are irrational and unpredictable.
Lost my first CL game as mentioned before, because I overslept and played P-D-B!
Second game tomorrow will be awake and ready.
'TYPHOON TITANS' are having a bad time in OMA and it's not even started yet.
Its been a long time since I'd played level one! Not so fun, it's tough, when your players all suck. No money, No tokens, No morale packs, no friendlies.... I forgot what it was like... Formations and tactics hardly matters as all your player SUCK!
Free agents and old guys!
It's like throw the dices and hope for the best.
Well at least it's even for everyone, never been in league with only top managers, should be good!
CHECK OUT our thread!
P.S. Did I mention the all the other managers in OMA is going to be mince meat underneath the boots of my STrikers! LOL.
League: Buffs FC complete a Turkish double header with a draw at long time rival Fenerbahce.
Fenerbahce's ND had always been problemmatic for the Buffs' V-style (unlike other ND opponents). But Buffs Mad decided to put aside the 4-1-3N-2 now usually used against it for another go with a V.
Fenerbahce adopted a shot on sight poilcy but rarely got on target. The Buffs took the lead on 37 mins when another marauding rn from Baxter put Law in to score. From HT onwards Fenerbahce began to claw back possession and peppered Buffs new GK David Harvey with shots. A bit of bully boy tactics (normally the Buffs go to policy) put midfield maestro Gemmill on a stretcher. Bobby Murdoch came on. On 80 minutes Fenerbahce took ND to extremes with a switch to £W at the back and 3 up front. And it paid off when winger Baxter tried to support the defence (the fool) and gave away a FK in a dangerous position.....1-1 and 8 minutes to go.
But its hard to complain. The Buffs were more threatening in front of goal but Fenerbahce deserved something out the game.
Goals:
Law, ST (37)De Souza, AMC (82)
Got trolled with a 1-1 drew against a team that are 13 quality worse than me even with my reserves i was 10 quality better, it also never helped that i conceded a penalty and player sent off but still i should have won easily
Played a CL match today, got a 2-1 win which puts us top of the table with 4 points, won 1 and drew 1. Happy about these results, lets hope we keep up the good performances. Tonights league match will be a real test for my boys, facing opponent in 1st!
New season, again same problems.. can't sell players!!!

Champions League: The Buffs skip over to Indonesia for what looked to be a routine CL win, but are made to work extremely hard for a tight 2-1 win.
The Buffs had already picked up 2 injuries on Match Days 1 & 4. With Buffs Mad tied up with coordinating franchise strategy he had not decided on a formation as the game approached so just shoved out 4-5-1V against the opposition 4-1-3N-2.
The decision on formation was made for him when DMC Alan Hutton received a 4 day injury in the 2nd minute and on came Souness with the instructions to morph into a 4-3N-2W-1.
The Buffs went 1 behind shortly afterwards. Souness was then booked for exacting revenge on the opposition - no doubt he thought it worth it as the opposition midfielder headed to Casualty. The Buffs then pulled level on 37 minutes when right back Gough stabbed home a cross from the left wing. Bremner joined Souness on the Naughty List early in the second half and on the hour Baxters corner was nodded home for a 2-1 lead. Left Back McLeish was sacrificed as the Buffs went 3 at the back and McCoist joined Law up front for the last 20 minutes. However the home keeper pulled off 2 more stunning saves to deny the visiting Buffs.
Goals:
Gough, DR (37), Murdoch, MC (60)Emerson, ST (13)
Highlights: Bremner is now suspended for the next CL match as the Buffs card count climbs to 7 yellows in 7 matches.
Credit goes to the home GK with 4 good saves.
After the match Buffs Mad said "We wanted goals and a win but will settle for the win. I put it down to the home side's over-achievement as not a single one of my lads rated less than 7."
\o/ *Buffs Spam* \o/
League: The Buffs return from Turkey via Germany with a '6 goals for no reply' stop off.
Opposition played (or rather, didn't) a 3N-5-2 and Buffs went 4-3N-2W-1. Buffs Mad decided to change to Hex for the last 30 mins but made a schoolboy error as Otto Teem questioned why he had sent on an AMC. O.o So McFadden got hauled back off and McCoist went on for last 22 mins. It wasn't very effective on this occasion.
Goals: Law, ST (37,45, 50, 52), Baxter, AML (38, 88).
Highlights: No bookings or injuries and 3 goals in 7 mins for Law.
The laughter from the crowd as McFadden did the hokey-cokey.
So, yesterday afternoon Academy FC (32.9*, LV 4) hosted Gege (32.8*, LV 6) in the first leg of Cup qualifying. AFC had the full +13% possession and all starters were healthy and rested (Played a 4-5-1V vs thier 4-1-3-2). Gege scored in the 30th minute and that was all for the first half. Three minutes into the 2nd half on of their strikers got injured and (because the manager wasn't present) didn't get replaced. With 68% of the possession but not goals and fewer shots than my opponnent, I pulled off one of my MCs and put in another striker (giving me 4 "forward minded" players to combat their 4 defenders). In the 81st minute, Gege scored again, and AFC couldn't pull one back. We are now down 2 goals going into the away leg, on a day with a full schedule . . .
Today's match schedule: 8:30 AM (originally 11:30 AM) - League at home with Chelsea fc (29.0*, 10th place); 3:06 PM - CL away vs. newFC (27.9*); 8:45 PM - League away vs. xuanquanfc (22.8*, 6th); 11:47 PM - Cup away vs Gege.
I think it's safe to say that I will most likely be eliminated from the Cup tonight as I probably won't be up until midnight to watch the match. I will likely play my starters for the first and last match listed, and my subs/reserves will play the CL and 2nd league game.
Good start in the league by beating the strongest (who's now 3d) didn't buy any player n seems good enough for fighting for league top spots, of course depending trolls n injuries, but ok for now :) http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14...0a607e2671.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14...8a29a7b50b.jpg
win against better team in CL. feel fantastic
3W and 3Draw this season
can`t stop laughing, drew with team AWAY that where 10 quality lower than my reserve team in champion`s league 1-1 and i gave them a pen, then put main squad i league game who was 3 quality better than oppo AWAY and won 3 -1 and i got 2 penalty`s ?? still league is more important and now 14 games unbeaten
