Cup match 17:54 (A)
League 18:09 (H)
I think I'm going to have to move that home game. There just isn't enough time to sort the team between games.
Nice one, 2 tokens to Nordeus for their bull**** scheduling.

Great... but at least you have the opportunity to move the kick-off time for the home game but its still not the point because they should not be games placed that close to each other for kick-off times in the first place, I had to spend 4T this season to avoid any fixture clashes with league and champions league because the kick-off times were originally within 1 hour of each other.

With the game taking about 10 minutes and the limit for changes being 2 to 3 minutes before kick off, that gives me 2 minutes to prepare my team for the game. Providing I waste no time looking at the ratings etc. from the first match.
I've just changed the kick off time and written to Nordeus support to complain. I doubt I will get a satisfactory response, but it's worth a try.

A slightly different problem.
I also had two matches 15 minutes apart the other day, but luckily the second match was an easy Cup match, no worries, and I managed to pick my team for the Cup as well. You could have 4 minutes to sort your team out; 8 minutes for the first match, that 4 minute window, and then the 3 minutes where you cannot change anything, though sometimes you're not given control of your squad back until a little later.
just use ur same team....the fatique wont be that bad after first match...
I spend +10 tokens to make better schedule. Victory is important, plus 2T for moving game is cheaper than GREEN stuff :p
the condition of the player doesnt really matters i guess.. except they reach red color.. and its a waste to spend token to change the time of the match... unless your are a buyer of course :) and even then, its still a waste of money (thats worse)
also, you should be aware of that and check the times 1 day before.. so you will know what is in front of you next day, so keep players rested.. i never had problems with it.. only problem may be if you have another match 5 minutes later... anything more than 5 minutes should not be a problem since i think 10 minutes is enough to prepare your team for the upcoming match and anallyse opponents formation etc.
The key word here is BETWEEN. Between matches or kick-offs? If it is between KOs, then you only have 5 minutes between matches as the match lasts 10 minutes.
During the match you can't make any squad changes, nor can you do that when "the players are on the pitch" 2 minutes before the next KO, so, you have a window of 3 minutes to prepare for the next match.
Let's put my example in real time.
17.54 Game 1 starts. Squad editing unavailable.
18:04 Game 1 ends. Squad editing available.
3 minutes to edit / boost squad, react to injuries, etc.
18:07 Game 2 players enter the pitch. Squad editing unavailable.
18:09 Game 2 starts.
Whatever, it's academic. I've moved the kick off using my tokens. My choice. I want to win both games.
This takes me back to my amateur "Sunday" league football days in the UK.
Due to cup games and weather postponements, we would end up with fixture pile-ups that meant we would have to play 2 matches together. Home and away against a team back-to-back. For those games, it used to be 60 minutes per game so 120 minutes total, not 180.
One match like that, the pitch was just about playable after heavy rain, but both managers and the ref agreed that another postponement would make matters even worse so the game went on. In the 2nd game I spotted the keeper off his line and sent in a perfect lob, he had no chance, it was one of those rare (for me), perfectly weighted shots. Unfortunately, the pitch was so muddy the ball failed to bounce and just landed on the goal line with a splash and went no further. The keeper just ran back and picked it up. By the end of the match there were 22 players so completely covered in mud, we had no idea who was on which team.
Between the kick offs of both matches. It depends how you look at it as well. One match is scheduled for 12.00, another is scheduled for 12.15, 15 minutes between the two matches.
Matches last about 8 minutes, actually, but sometimes you can't do anything for the next 2 minutes. Let's put your example in real time, with a best case scenario.
17.54 Game 1 starts. Squad editing unavailable.
18:02 Game 1 ends. Squad editing available.
4 minutes to edit / boost squad, react to injuries, etc.
18:06 Game 2 players enter the pitch. Squad editing unavailable.
18:09 Game 2 starts.
I got you an extra minute, you're welcome. :D
