To see a new auction list, you can refresh the page.. It might not work all the time, it changes every hour or so when new players are added

Yes,people put their players on auction. Try refreshing the page couple of times,you can get slightly different players but you may lose some from the list.Of course,whole list will be different every few hours when players are sold or their transfer expires
