Clubs seeking a new manager. How does it work?

I would sugest any manager that starts playing TopEleven to take over a new club imediatly.
Why? Because new clubs come with bigger stadium, you could browser the squad and decide if you like it or not, you could look for a team with higer value & younger average age, this would come handy in first few levels as money are problem till you get Lv 6-7 or so..

Difference is great.
Amateur stadium (which you get when you take new club) costs 180K to build + you get few already built support objects.
I can't rememeber exactly, but I know I got target shoot (for young players) and one or 2 objects build.
Not only stadium saves finances. New club already has 203K on bank + 600K sponsors contract (@1st day of season) = 803K (103K more than your 1st club)
And last important thing - you get opportunity to choose between few clubs of various squad value. There are clubs which have squad value under 3 and over 3M, some even had 4+M.
If you get only under 3M value squads as offers, then refresh top11 page and you will get new list of clubs looking for manager

So you will profit on stadium and finances 260k+.
Choose expensive new squad to profit even more.
You can sell few most expensive 3* players to earn cash for 5* players (same value or sometimes cheaper) and have fun!
