How do i put my players under negotiation?

It's a heartily request to Nordeus please make a documentation of the basic rules of the games...So that these type of questions are not asked... Since you guys never reply to any thing so we have to bear the pain of replying...

Bro the players are put on negotiations automatically if they are 1 skill points away from next star...

Has any one ever seen any thing without a proper documentation ever ???

You can't put player on that list, he gets on that list automatically when he has 1 skill point less than next star.
For example on level 6 scouts have quallity 50-54, if you want player to be on negotiation list, the sum of his skills has to be 149.8 (attack 50, defence 50, physical 49.8). Every player on that list needs 1 skill point to get new star.
If you want to buy players through negotiations, you can buy one that has 5*

as above but you won`t be able too see you player`s on your own neg list it`s just being patient and wait for bids too appear this will be shown by a Handshake beside the player player on neg list
